DISCLAIMER: PREPRODUCTION NOTES-- Hey, Chris, went through the storyboard for Episode 7X03. I know you spent a lot of time on the setup for that signature scene: a nice tight shot down from the structure, figures on horseback in the background, Mulder on his knees, shaking his fist at a swollen sky, screaming, "Damn you! Damn you all to Hell!" David won't mind the loincloth, and I suppose we can talk Gillian into wearing the skimpy skins. But, Big Fella, I'm NOT wearing the monkey suit. Love,Tom Mulder bit his lower lip in misery. "Scully, I should have told you...that I was married. But it was so long ago, and the Bureau took a dim view of that sort of thing. We had to hide our feelings, sneak around...and in the end we decided that we'd made a mistake." Scully stared at the gold wedding ring on his finger. "Mulder, couldn't you have told me?" Her blue eyes were swimming with tears. "I thought we trusted each other." "I wanted to tell you," he sighed, gripping her shoulders, hoping to make her believe. "Then the thing at El Rico, and Diana, and...I lost my nerve. I'm sorry, Scully. You must hate me now." She shook her head, lost and confused. "I don't hate you, Mulder." Her voice held a bewildered note. "I'm surprised, that's all...I didn't think Byers was your type." -END-(1/1) | |
